This blog will serve as a catch all for my thinking; cooking, technical, philosophical, and just outright silliness. Kind of a bringing things together to create something else. Like a quilting bee, but with just one guy and no fabric. I don't claim to be an expert at anything, far from it, but I have knowledge I should be sharing. After watching many people pass on without sharing their ideas, their stories and thoughts, I have been talked into opening up my head and pouring out on occasion.
